1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. The Party Lab is a South African business operating under the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

2. Products and Services

The Party Lab offers party supplies, décor, rental items, and event styling services. All bookings and purchases made via the website are subject to availability and confirmation by The Party Lab.

2.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2.2 Booking and Orders

Bookings for services or rental items must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment, as communicated during the order process. Late bookings may not be guaranteed.

3. Payments

We accept payment via EFT, credit card, and other secure methods as listed at checkout. No goods or services will be dispatched or confirmed until full payment is received.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Services and Rentals

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a refund, minus a 20% admin fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may forfeit the full payment unless otherwise agreed.

4.2 Products

Due to the nature of party supplies, we do not offer returns on consumables or personalised items unless defective or damaged on arrival.

5. Delivery and Collection

We offer delivery within selected areas in South Africa. Delivery fees and lead times vary depending on location. Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Clients hiring décor or equipment are responsible for the safe return of all items. Damaged or lost items will be charged at replacement value.

6. Liability

The Party Lab is not liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses arising from the use of our services or products. Clients are responsible for supervising the use of party supplies, especially when children are involved.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of The Party Lab and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Changes to Terms

The Party Lab reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
